Award winning Pabellon serve up two Venezuelan dishes: the pabellon, a healthy and delicious plate consisting of rice, black beans, slow-cooked beef or chicken, fried plantains, avocado, pico de gallo and cornbread, and the arepa, a traditional cornbread stuffed with your choice of protein and all the trimmings. Both are 100% gluten-free and can easily be made vegetarian or vegan.
