Produced by Rose Grimond at Nettlebed Creamery, made with organic milk from their herd of Montbéliarde, & Holstein Friesians.

Keens Cheddar

Traditional cheese makers who have a large focus on regenerative farming and the wellbeing of their cows. Everything they do around the farm revolves around maximising the natural qualities of their milk. They do not believe in forcing a particular flavour into a cheese, they want the milk to lead the way and determine the end result.
