Sarv's Slice

New for 2023!

Sarv & Disha are a brother-sister team made up of a young Chef, with a background in Fine Dining (1-3* Michelin star) kitchens across the world and a former venture capitalist. When Covid hit they decided to build a business centred on bringing people together with fantastic food. 

Sarv's Slice believe in keeping it simple but focused on quality ingredients. The dough is made using a long slow-proofing method which yields a beautifully light and airy pizza dough when cooked in their gas-fired pizza ovens. Being a family-run business, they source ingredients from other small UK based companies. They also incorporate locally grown and foraged seasonal produce into their menus wherever possible.
