Sarv & Disha, a brother-sister team made up of a young Chef, with a background in Fine Dining (1-3* Michelin star) kitchens across the world and a former venture capitalist, who decided to build a business centred on bringing people together with fantastic food. 

When COVID hit and restaurants closed, Sarv innovated and bought himself a portable pizza oven, built a kitchen and started cooking authentic Neapolitan Pizzas and extra special desserts for delivery within his local community on Thursday-Saturday Nights.

We believe in keeping it simple but centered around quality ingredients. The dough is made using a long slow-proofing method which yields a beautifully light and airy pizza dough when cooked in their gas-fired pizza ovens. Being a family-run business, we source our ingredients from other small UK based companies, as we're firm believers in supporting our local community. Also trying to incorporate locally grown and foraged seasonal produce into their menus.
