Pasta E Basta is a family fresh pasta company, ran by Raminta and Fabrizio based in Hackney, East London. They make pasta, gnocchi, lasagna and ravioli from scratch using freshly cracked free range eggs and organic Shipton Mill semolina.

'We often get asked what Pasta e Basta means. “Basta” is a common word in our household and we use it hundreds of times a day with our kids. It means “enough” or “stop it”. So “pasta e basta” translates to “pasta and that’s it” or “just pasta”. Our name embodies what we set out to do right from the beginning – stick to what we know best, keep it simple and do it well.'
