Need Ice Cream Sandwiches

NEED make Vegan Ice Cream Sandwiches and chocolate-covered Vegan Ice Cream Bars. They pride themselves on the quality of their products (places like Harrods and Selfridges agree) and on being a friendly and dependable business partner. 

NEED was co- founded by Meret Probst and Felix Baudenbacher. A Central Saint Martins graduate, Felix was a working fine artist for 20 years before NEED. The creative problem-solving skills he developed in his time as an artist turned out to be a great foundation for running an independent food startup. Felix also believes that ice cream and art share a profound quality: we don't need it to survive but our lives are so much richer with it.
