Muffin Man

Muffin Man & Co was established by Hodge & Huggett: a husband and wife independent catering company.

Together they have over 25 years combined culinary experience, working at some of the best restaurants in London and New York, including the head chef position at Ottolenghi. Muffin Man & Co serves the ultimate pimped up breakfast muffins. On offer is a variety of fillings including slow roasted pork belly with bacon jam and homemade chorizo hash browns, all served on a buttermilk English muffin. The vegan option - Rose harissa scrambled tofu with avocado salsa - has been published in the Guardian.

Muffin Man & Co has been serving hungry Londoners breakfast since 2015 and is a regular on the UK festival circuit.
