Description

This kit will bring the tastes and smells of our soft fluffy pita sandwiches to your kitchen. This recipe is a family gem from our founder Mark’s wife Limor. We have designed a kit featuring Limor’s incredible spiced lamb meatballs with everything you need to recreate the pitas that feature on our menu in Borough Market. The kit makes 4 x whole pita or 8 x half pita.

  • 1 x box of Limor’s spiced lamb meatballs in baharat sauce
  • 4 x bespoke Shuk pita
  • 1 x chilli yoghurt pot
  • 1 x pickled red cabbage pot
  • 1 x coriander pot
  • 1 x mint pot
  • 1 x schug pot (for the pita lovers who like some chilli)
